“Tokyo Girls Collection”
The founding members to repurchase majority of the management rights for Tokyo Girls Collection
Singapore, May 2
Gulf Parker Pte. Ltd. (“GP” hereafter), Singapore, announced today that it is repurchasing majority of management rights (including events, trademarks, patents, licensing and others) of Tokyo Girls Collection (“TGC” hereafter) in 28 countries in Europe and Asia including Taiwan. GP also announced that they would hold the fashion events in those countries in which they hold the management rights in years ahead.
The TGC management right in Japan is currently held by DLE Inc., (3686 TYO). However, the TGC in the listed 28 countries will be managed solely by GP, and plans to hold fashion events mainly in countries like Taiwan, England, France and other countries that are interested in Japanese culture and fashion.
GP also established “TOKYO GIRLS COLLECTION GLOBAL COMMITTEE”, a team which plans the global mega fashion events with estimated audiences of 50,000 per event, in major cities around the world. Details will be announced in due course.

Gulf Parker Pte. Ltd., manages all the Tokyo Girls Collection rights globally. GP is owned by Tetsu Ohama, sibling of chief executive producer of TGC, Fumitaro Ohama. Together, they are the founding members of TGC.
The repurchasing of TGC’s global management rights are part of the business restructuring. The new business organization will be officially announced in summer.
